Air

One hangover night

While trying to awake

I noticed how through my bellybutton

I was starting to deflate

My body wrinkling

As if onionskin paper

And I was strangely turning

Into a gaseous state

After this metamorphosis

I felt much better

I was a dark grey air

With plenty of pollution

You could tell at any rate

I was city air

Which if not the healthiest

It's what humans prefer

Air

I dreamt for a moment I was

Air

Oxygen, nitrogen and argon

With no defined form

Nor color

I was

Flying air

Being I'm quite aware

Even in such a situation

I chose to go along

With my new dimension

And tried my hand at being inhaled

By the sleeping girl next to me

Without going into details,

I could tell you about better things to do

As I was not satisfied

With the sexual experience

It all went to my head

And I became a hurricane

Went around 3 or 4 times

And by the 5th I got tired

This is too small a room

for my dreams

Air

I dreamt for a moment I was

Air

Oxygen, nitrogen and argon

With no defined form

Nor color

I was

Flying air

And I'm sorry for my girlfriend

And the glass I broke

I escaped through the window

And took a dive

But I was unlucky

And as I was about to pull up and climb

I turned human again

Don't miss the funeral

Air

I dreamt for a moment I was

Air

Oxygen, nitrogen and argon

With no defined form

Nor color

I was

Flying air
