Davosboros
The lecture performance:
Davosboros a compilation of short, looping video animations, each segment featuring a different head: billionaires, tech CEOs, financiers, and politicians performing their subconscious desires. Amazon's Jeff Bezos lip syncs to " Forever Young", Tesla's Elon Musk, multiplies himself into infinity, JP Morgan Chase's Jamie Dimon face melts and the self styled Machiavelli, Steve Banon becomes a chorus of grunts. The revelation of their subconscious desires, whether it be immortality, onanism, or perfection strips away the spin and exposes the fragility of existence, shared by all. In my interpretation, Ouroboros is on one hand a dark symbol, inspired by an endless and savage hypocrisy, but on the other a tool for revelation.
